"Come, I will show you the Bride, the Wife of the Lamb."

"Come, I will show you the bride the wife of the Lamb." These words are written in Revelation chapter 21 verse 9, and speak about the bride the wife of the Lamb. Everything written in the bible is written to teach us (Rom 15:4) so who is the bride and who is the Lamb?

The Lamb is Christ (John 1:29). But in the book of Revelation, the Lamb that Apostle John saw is not first coming Christ, but Second Coming Christ. "Behold, I am coming soon..." (Rev 3:11). Christ is prophecied to return a second time (Heb 9:28).

But when we read about Christ's appearance a second time, who was there? The Wife, the Bride of Christ. Who is this bride? We have to know since she will appear with second coming Christ. Let's see who she is...

Rev 21:10 "And he carried me away in the Spirit to a mountain great and high and showed me the Holy City Jerusalem coming down out of heaven from God." The wife and bride of Christ is the Heavenly Jerusalem and she will come down from Heaven with Christ.

But what is our relationship with her? She is the bride of Christ, yes, then who is she?

Galatians 4:26 "But the Jerusalem that is above is free, and she is our Mother." Yes, Heavenly Jerusalem the wife of Christ is our Spiritual Mother. This means that She can give us spiritual life. Rev 22:17 "The Spirit and the Bride say, "Come" and let him who hears say "Come!" Whoever is thirsty, let him come; and whoever wishes, let him take the free gift of the water of life."

This means that our Heavenly Mother Jerusalem will appear and give us eternal life in the last day.
