Christ AhnsahngHong came as a man

When many people hear that we at Church of God World Mission Society believe in Christ AhnsahngHong, their initial reaction is " How can you believe in a man?" Ironically enough, all Christians nowadays claim to believe in Jesus, but did He not come as a man 2000 years ago? Even though it is easy to believe in Him nowadays, 2000 years ago no one accepted him.

Matthew 1:18This is how the birth of Jesus Christ came about: His mother Mary was pledged to be married to Joseph, but before they came together, she was found to be with child through the Holy Spirit.

Isaiah 9:6For to us a child is born, to us a son is given, and the government will be on his shoulders. And he will be called Wonderful Counselor, Mighty God, Everlasting Father, Prince of Peace.
Isaiah 7:14 Therefore the Lord himself will give you a sign: The virgin will be with child and will give birth to a son, and will call him Immanuel.

There were so many verses in the old testament that testified about the coming of Jesus. Even in Micah which was written 500 years before the coming of Jesus, it testified about Him.

micah 5:2 "But you, Bethlehem Ephrathah, though you are small among the clans of Judah, out of you will come for me one who will be ruler over Israel,whose origins are from of old,from ancient times.

It was so clear how the Bible testified that God would be born in the Flesh and even that He would be born in Bethlehem. However, when He came the Jews rejected him. Amongst them were the Pharisees, the teachers of the Law who knew the Bible very well. Even when Jesus was born in Bethelem and King Herod wanted to know if it was true that the redeemer would be born there, the leaders recited the verse in Micah. But Even though they knew He would come from Bethlehem, they judged him through their own point of view. They saw him as a mere man .

John 6:42They said, "Is this not Jesus, the son of Joseph, whose father and mother we know? How can he now say, 'I came down from heaven'?"

They looked at him as a mere man because He had physical parents. But even though He was a carpentar and had no beauty or majesty that would attract anyone to Him, His disciples truly believed in Him..Then How?

John 6:68Simon Peter answered him, "Lord, to whom shall we go? You have the words of eternal life.

At this time, Jesus Christ promised eternal life through His Flesh and His Blood, but many of his followers turned back because they found it a hard teaching to follow. But His disciples continued to follow Him because they realized that only God can give eternal life and they could get it nowhere else. Even though His name was never written in the old testament which was the only book at that time, His disciples realized who He was because He fulfilled all prophecies and gave eternal life.

The same Jesus that everyone professes to believe in nowadays, said He would come a second time to bring salvation.
Hebrews 9:28so Christ was sacrificed once to take away the sins of many people; and he will appear a second time, not to bear sin, but to bring salvation to those who are waiting for him.

Second Coming Christ has already appeared in this world with the name of Christ AhnsahngHong and brought us salvation through the Passover. He came in 1948 from South Korea just as the Bible prophecies.....Then we can either be two types of people. We can be like the Pharisees who didnt believe in the Bible and eventually crucified their own God, or like the disciples who had true faith. Christ AhnsahngHong is the only One who brought us eternal life in this last age. Then what else can I say but " Lord, to whom shall I go? You have the words of eternal life!" Surely Christ AhnsahngHong is the Lord who gives eternal life!
